She is a well qualified lady with Major Degree in BSc Renewable Natural Resources Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. And then she obtain MPhil in Oceanography and then Doctorate in Geoscience.
She is considered to be very influential lady. She has a passion to empower minds of young people which will make a great difference in the future.
With her NGO she works for young people and get them involved in voluntary work. The aim behind NGO is to promote marine science in schools, to incorporate spirit of volunatrism, etc. The NGO was incorporated in January 2005 by Lailah Gifty Akita in Ghana.Her NGO is committed to their goals and vision and undertake a lot of voluntary work to enhance the life and standard of young people in Ghana.
